We are happy to take unworn returns up to 30 days after your order is delivered. Please reach out to michelle@wearbaskbody.com for a return label and we will e-mail it to you. If you are looking for a different size, we will gladly exchange!
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Time: 3-5 business days via UPS Priority Mail for US orders. International shipping may vary.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical location for order pickups right now. Everything will be sent through the mail.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours upon receiving the package at michelle@wearbaskbody.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items. Once return is approved we will provide you a return shipping label along with a full refund or exchange for the same product.
